Barbell Side Bends 
Firstly you should lie on the floor on your side, with your forearm supporting upper body.
Your Knees should be bent to 45 degrees.
Place your free hand on hip as shown in the Picture
You should Keep your knee and lower leg on floor and raise your hip off the floor.
Next you should Lower and repeat.
Then repeat the exercise on other side and complete sets as necessary.
