  • Firstly lie on the bench press bench.

  • Grasp the barbell bar or dumbbells, with your hands shoulder distance or slightly more apart.

  • Lift the weight off and support.

  • Then lower the weight to your chest.

  • Push the weight up, and straighten your elbows

  • Repeat and place bar back on support when finished, repeat until you completed your necessary sets.
