Decline Bench Presses Decline Bench Presses

  • Lie on your back on the decline press bench.

  • Then grasp the bar with a firm grip, hold your hands shoulder distance or slightly more apart.

  • Push the bar upward off of the rest and lower to your chest.

  • Push the bar back up and repeat the exercise.

  • Replace bar on rest when finished, repeat until you completed your necessary sets.
