Fish Sandwich
Ingredients
1 Fillet of salmon
1 loose-leaf of lettuce
2 slices multi-grain oat bread
3 0z orange, cooked
1 sliced tomato red
Directions
Firstly grill the salmon until golden brown and tender. Whilst cooking, lightly cook the oranges. Whilst the salmon is cooking prepare the sandwich with the tomato, lettuce and bread.
