Can I Lose Weight Without Being Operated On
I have been overweight for years, but now this is getting on my nerves. I want to know what the basic reasons of gaining weight are. Can I lose weight without being operated on or undergoing any surgery? What are the steps needed to be followed before I proceed ahead for losing those extra chunks on my body? How can I get rid of the disproportionate belly fat? Are salads helpful in gaining the much-needed nutrition? Do the items, which have non-fat on their labels, actually work? I consume a lot of sugar and coffee. Can I replace this with something else, which helps in flaking fat? Can I lose my fat in a fast way without surgery? Are there any side effects if I undergo weight loss surgery?
I have gone through strict diets but all in vain. Is losing weight in reality a tough and complex thing? Can I reach my desired weight? Do these schemes of fast weight loss really that fast? Is there anything such as body weight calculator? If I focus on strength training will it help me loose weight? Should I join a gym to lose weight? Is joining a gym helpful? Should I consume the artificial fad diet used to lose weight? I am very much aware of the risk factors of heavy weight. Tell me the risk of being overweight? Does being overweight have an impact on my digestive system?
Sorry for the Questions, but thanks to anyone who can Help in Advance.
