Take one heaped teaspoonful of Garnell Nutrition L-Glutamine (5g) dissolved in a glass of juice immediately after training. For maximum effect following intensive training, increase up to two heaped teaspoons (10g) dissolved in a glass of juice, taken between meals (that is, twice a day). Garnell Nutrition L-Glutamine can also be mixed with your favorite protein or weight gain formula.
