Recommended Usage
LA Muscle LA Whey comes in Banana, Chocolate, Mint-Choc, Strawberry, Vanilla, new Cappuccino, Sweet Banana, Sweet Chocolate, Sweet Strawberry and Sweet Vanilla flavors. Add 2 level scoops of LA Muscle LA Whey to a cup of water, juice, yoghurt or milk. Stir with a fork. Leave for 1 minute, then drink. You can vary the amount of liquid to suit your taste.
