Recommended Usage
Add one scoop of Met-Rx Rehydration Energy Powder to 500 ml of cold water to make a drink. Drink 250-300ml of Met-Rx Rehydration Energy Powder 3-5 minutes before exercise. After exercise, drink 250-500 ml.
