Recommended Usage
For men, take three capsules of Met-Rx ZMA daily, and for women, take two capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking Met-Rx ZMA with diary or other calcium-containing foods or supplements. Do not exceed stated dose of Met-Rx ZMA.
