Oat Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup shredded coconut
1 scoop of Whey Protein
2 egg whites
½ mixed crushed nuts
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 banana, mashed
1 tbsp honey or sugar free maple syrup
Directions
Firstly preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a cookie tray. Mix all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Then combine. Form approximately 24 cookies and bake on the tray for 10-15 minutes until slightly browned.
