Recommended Usage
Take one scoop half of Reflex Nutrition L Glutamine (approximately 5g) with 300ml of water or juice. On Training Days, take one scoop of Reflex Nutrition L Glutamine half an hour prior to exercise, one immediately after exercise and one before bedtime.On Non Training Days, take one scoop of Reflex Nutrition L Glutamine three times daily evenly spaced throughout the day, with one serving before bedtime.
