Recommended Usage
Miracles for Men know that One Stop from Reflex Nutrition is easy to use. Take the recommended dosage and then train hard. Take 3 measures (approx 75 grams) of Reflex Nutrition One Stop and mix with 350ml of water in a shaker/blender & mix thoroughly. Daily serving: Take one serving mid morning between meals and one more serving after your workout. On non training days, take two servings, one mid morning between meals and one serving in the afternoon between meals.
