Recommended Usage
Miracles for Men recommend reading the enclosed product information before using this product. Use Sci-Mentor Therm XEF as a dietary supplement. Take 2 capsules mid morning followed by another 2 capsules five hours later. Do not use this product for prolonged periods. Take for a maximum of 10 weeks and abstain for 2 weeks before continuing use. You should not exceed the recommended maximum daily amount of 4 capsules of Sci-Mentor Therm XEF per 24 hour period.
