Recommended Usage
Take 3 Sci-Mx Nitri-MX No2 caplets 45 minutes before workout on training days, take 3 caplets with breakfast on rest days. After six weeks of continuous use, discontinue use for two weeks before further use i.e. use in six weeks cycles with two weeks off in between.
