Recommended Usage
Miracles for Men recommend that you add two heaped scoops of Sci-Mx Whey Protein to 300ml of cold water. Using a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds. For maximum enjoyment and flavor, allow to settle for around 45 seconds after mixing. Have 2-3 servings daily. Servings may be halved.
