Trout Almandine
Ingredients
2 small trout
1/4 cup white wine
3/4 tsp butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/8 cup slivered almonds
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Firstly braise the trout in white wine until lightly and succulent, remove from the baking tray and drain of the fat. In the skillet, add butter and lemon juice and sautéed almonds until lightly browned. Then mix in chopped parsley and pour almond mixture over trout.
