Are upper body is very important to us especially in certain sports, this is why we should take good care of all parts of our upper body, and make sure we rest and condition ourselves properly before any sporting activity. 

Sports conditioning requires a balance between overload and recovery. Too much of one or the other may result in both physical and psychological symptoms of overtraining, especially to our back. If we start to recognise signs that we are overtraining we can change our routine to prevent problems from progressing or arising at all, especially if we are taking the right amount of supplements.
