Recommended Usage
Take 4 Vitabiotics Dietrim capsules per day within a main meal (best achieved by taking 2 after lunch and 2 after your evening meal). Swallow with a glass of water or other cold drink. Do not chew or exceed the recommended intake. Vitabiotics Dietrim should only be ingested on a full stomach since its nutrients are best absorbed with food. Its unnecessary to add a general multivitamin to Vitabiotics Dietrim and it should not be used as an alternative to a healthy diet or a regular exercise plan.
