What is Creatine

Creatine – what is it? Why is it required in our body? Creatine is an amino acid which is made by the liver and kidney in the body. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and derived from the diet through animal products and meat. Creatine is the source of energy for many functions of the body including muscle contraction. Creatine Phosphate - The molecules of creatine and phosphate are combined together to form creatine phosphate. The bonding of these two molecules takes place inside the muscle cell to give effective results when training or competing in competitions.

Creatine Malate - It is one of the newest forms of creatine. It is formed by combining malic acid and creatine. It is one of the most effective creatine supplements that creates the aerobic energy inside the muscle.
