Adopt Healthy Eating Habits

Iron deficiency may cause unexplained tiredness., as iron is needed for the transfer of oxygen. A deficiency of iron may be linked with tiredness, lack of energy, shortness of breath, cold hands and feet and light headedness.

Green vegetables such as spinach, kale are packed with vitamins A, C, K, and E, and minerals including calcium, iron, potassium and magnesium. Green vegetables provide you with the nutrients you need to stay healthy.
Eat Smaller Meals
Large meals are energy zapper’s because they overburden your digestive system. Therefore instead of eating two or three large meals per day, try eating 4 or 5 mini-meals.
Avoid the Sugar Roller Coaster
Sweets, chocolate, cookies, candy bars, and sodas may make you feel more awake in the moment, but they can also lead to a drop in blood sugar and therefore you will become tired. A better option would be to choose foods balanced in carbohydrates, protein, and some healthy fat like cottage cheese with fruit, apples and cheese, or yoghurt mixed with fruit slices
