Workout Energy Salad
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup shredded coconut
1 scoop of Whey Protein
2 egg whites
½ mixed crushed nuts
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 banana, mashed
1 tbsp honey or sugar free maple syrup
Directions
In a medium-sized salad bowl, combine lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato, sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, avocado, and sunflower seeds. Then in a screw-top jar, mix olive oil with lemon juice and herbs. Shake vigorously, and pour over salad.
